We could sell our tents at lower prices, just like the ones you see on Amazon, Walmart, or Costco.
But then they wouldn’t stand up to heavy rain or strong winds. You’d be dealing with fussy pole systems, thin fabric that tears easily, and zippers that fail after only a few trips. To hit those prices, we’d also have to relax our quality control, cut back on free shipping, and make returns less convenient.
